3-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with EthiScan Pro within the first 3 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
- Applies to first-time subscribers only.
- Must be requested within 3 days of the original purchase date.
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Renewal Refunds
For subscription renewals (monthly charges after the first month), refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial refund if:
- There was a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service.
- You were charged in error.
- The Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or AUP.
- Requests made after the 3-day window on first-time subscriptions.
- Partial use of the subscription period (unless service failure on our end).
- Downgrade from Pro to Free plan — unused days are not refunded.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through your dashboard support channel with:
- Your account email address.
- The date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful).
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
